Trading Terms...
We adhere to (and in many instances go above and beyond) the minimum Fair Trading Policies as outlined by the Department of Consumer Employment and Protection.

Lay by...
A 'lay by' is a contract between Us (Australian Computer Resellers - ACR) and a customer. We agree to hold the goods until the customer has paid the total selling price in installments within a fixed period (usually within 8 weeks unless otherwise arranged in advance with ACR).
We offer Lay by sales in an effort to help some of our customers on fixed budgets make purchases that they may not otherwise be able to afford in 'one hit'.
Lay By, Return, Refund and Special Order Policy
As a lay by is a legal and binding contract between both parties, you should be aware of your rights and responsibilities when entering into this type of agreement. Our policy concerning lay by, refunds, returns, and special orders may be downloaded here.
Short Term Rental...
We occasionally receive requests from customers who have need of a desktop system or notebook computer for a short period of time. In most cases we are happy to accommodate such requests. A deposit and rental fee is required up front, and a rental agreement outlining the terms of rental and return must be signed before we can release the goods to the customer. Internet Sales...
Our stock is changing all the time, and as such we do not offer an online "shop" However, if you know what you want, or have seen it elsewhere, please feel free to contact us to arrange purchase and shipment to you. Country WA orders are welcome.
Phone Orders...
Similarly, if you know what you want, or have been into the shop and would like to purchase something you've had your eye on... give us a call and we'll be happy to serve you.
In-house Warranty & Support...
On top of the manufacturer's warranty, we offer our ACR Plus Care on all of our new and reconditioned computers. This is to ensure that our customers get the best service possible, whenever possible. If our in-house technician cannot fix it on the spot, or it must be returned to a licensed warranty repair centre, ACR will ensure that you are not left computer-less. In most cases we will offer a" loan computer" and backup and/or transfer your data (where feasible) so you can keep working while your computer is away. Our free phone support is for computers and systems we have sold or serviced, and endeavours to handle challenges arising from hardware or operating system faults and frustrations.

"Read-Me" Documents for our Webhosting Acceptable Use Policy, Terms of Use, Banned Scripts & CGI Abuse Policy, as well as our Privacy Policy can be downloaded and reviewed by clicking on any of the relevant hyperlinks above. These policies and conditions apply to all web sites owned, hosted by, and/or run by Digital Frog Pty. Ltd. and are effective from 20th May, 2008 onwards.
